Over the years,the numbers of millionaires and billionaires have grown in major cities across the globe.In April, Henley and Partners released it's annual report on the world's wealthiest cities.The result showed that the numbers of millionaires have increased to a great extent.The cities are ranked based on the spending habits of high net worth individuals.Emphasis were placed on those with over $10 million in investable assets.It focused on individuals with titles such as chairperson,CEO and directors.

Based on this,the top 10 wealthiest cities are:
- New York City.
- Tokyo, Japan.
- The Bay Area, California.
- London, United Kingdom.
- Singapore, Singapore.
- Los Angeles, California.
- Hong Kong.
- Beijing, China.
- Shanghai, China.
- Sydney, Australia.

New York is ranked as the most richest city in the world.From 2012 to 2022 ,New York City had a 40% growth in the population of high net worth individuals.The city is home to 340,000 individuals worth over $1 million,724 centi- millionaires and 58 billionaires.Can you believe that?This is also similar to other cities that have been listed above.I wonder what it takes to be in circle of these biggest boys.The iron law of oligarchy I guess.I am flabbergasted.Am sure each of these individuals must have put a lot of efforts to be where they are today.I believe I can aspire to that level.What about you?Do you believe?

I know most of you are not surprised by the 10 most wealthiest place in the world.But what about if I tell you that these places are not the most richest place in the world.I know you are surprised by this.Infact,it is an intriguing fact that the richest place in the world is not the  list above.What an irony!
What about this?If I tell you that the most richest place in the world is the Graveyard.The graveyard is the most wealthiest place in the world.The richest place on the planet earth is down the road.This place is called the cemetery.What a life! In the graveyard,there are companies that never started,inventions that were never made,the bestselling books that were never written or published and masterpieces that were never painted.Alot of these things could not be achieved by these progenitors.They did not see the light of the day.Most of these inventions, masterpieces, discoveries went down with them immediately they die.They were buried with them.There are great treasures of untapped potential in the cemetery.

Now think about this.Right from the creation of man to the present day,many people have died through pestilence,wars, natural disasters,famine etc.You cannot count the numbers right?Now imagine this,alot of these people died with their untapped potentials.Yet the world abides forever.In the graveyard, you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled.

There are many factors responsible for this.
- Some may be too afraid to take the first step
- Procrastination
- Egocentric ambition
- Lack of mentorship
- Financial Constrain etc
Alot of things have changed over the years right? Technology, science,politics, economy, social and cultural have all changed.There is no excuse for failure.You must take the giant stride.Remember there is no gain without pain.You must pay the price.Are you willing to pay the price or keep blaming the sun and the moon for your predicaments.Take the bull by the horn.You are surrounded by wealth.Tap into it.There are opportunities in every challenges that come your way.Now is the time to come out of your shell and conquer the world.The world is waiting for you.

You have the secrets to making a positive change in the world.You should not be allergic to doing the work today.The world needs you.Pursue your dreams.Pursue those things you say you love.
You could pursue your dreams through the following ways rather than wasting them.Utilize the time and opportunity you have now.

2. Be a philanthropist or giver.
3. Avoid procrastination.
4. Share your talent or gift.
5. Pass knowledge.
6. Be focused.
7. Be determined.
8. Engage others.
9. Have a mentor.
10. Make effective use of your time.

12. Be humble.
